Job Description

• Create, develop and promote new products
• Oversee sales performance of FIT and Ticketing Department, and achieve sales growth desired gross margin
• Develop and maintain good relationships with all suppliers and business partners
• Motivate team members, monitor their activities and assist in training, determining their incentive and bonus scheme as well as promoting outstanding customer service
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Participate in annual budgeting and sales strategies
• Analyze trends and results
• Development and implementation of integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns designed to achieve sales target
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Tourism Studies or related discipline
• At least 8 years of relevant experience is highly preferable, preferably in travel or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Abacus
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and market trend
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Good communications, interpersonal and customer service skills
