Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the overall daily operations
• Communication bridge between the back office and the outlets
• Supervise and engage in the daily operations in all of the chain store
• Achieve the financial target of the departments
• Monitor the performance of all staff, to comply with good discipline and achieve the company’s mission
• Manage manpower and maintain high customer services standard to advance operation efficiency
• Involve new staff recruitment and training according to the company’s requirement
• Responsible for staff / team building
• Suggest creative ideas to enhance corporate image and promotions
• Costing control while applying methods to generate more revenue

Requirements:

• Diploma in the hospitality related fields will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in F&B industry
• Chain store experience highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, outgoing and customer oriented
• Leadership skill to coach and motivate frontline staff
• Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost and budgetary control, and managing P/L
• Managerial ability and problem solving skill
