Job Description
The Sales Trainee will undergo a 18-month customized training curriculum by job attachment in specific business operation units and supporting units.
The Sales Trainee Program provides you with extensive training & development opportunities towards a sales management role covering:
- Job rotation
- Sales & customer service skills training
- Product & destinations training
- System training
- Coaching & counselling
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder in Tourism Management or related disciplines
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year full-time working experience
- Outgoing, customer focus, positive attitude with passion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Flexible to work in different locations and on shift duty
