• Passionate about creating extraordinary dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations, and always able to handle last minute requests.
• Candidate must have 2 years of experience as a managing a restaurant
• Able to work with different types of personalities and respond well in certain situations
• Knowledgeable in regards to the financial aspects of business operations
• Handle rotas and manage staff and suppliers
