Responsibilities:

• Great and meet customers in a cheerful and friendly manner
• Reserve a table for customer with using table booking system
• Reconfirm the bookings with customer
• Respond to customers' need to provide excellent guest satisfaction
• Expect and react promptly to customer's requirement and inquiries

Requirements:

• Fluency in both spoken and written English, preferable in chinese speaking.
• Excellent people skills with friendly smile
• Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
