Job Duties                                                                          

• Monitor the activities of Housekeeping, internal maintenance and uniform operations. Meeting on a regular basis with the management teams to ensure productivity and customer service levels are met. In addition, continuously review operational flows, systems, SOP and training in enhancing departmental efficiency.
• Assess the KPI’s and metrics and re-evaluate these KPI’s and metric continually to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded consistently.
• Embrace and develop a service culture to empower team members to exceed customer expectations and deliver extraordinary experiences.
• Provide input and direction in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations to produce both short-term and long-term profitability.
• Participate in research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes in anticipation of changing customer needs.
• Responsible for the training and development of a team of 1200 team members.
• Maintain operations within agreed upon financial guidelines which will be governed by labor costs and by definition, productivity as well as all other rooms related expenses, within the direct control of the department.
• Maintain the asset. Ensure that all suites and associated areas are maintained in an impeccable condition, thereby preserving asset value. Planning and implantation on regular preventative maintenance program will be needed.
• Maintain and periodically audit operating supply control systems to ensure minimized loss and wastage. Establish an ordering cycle system which minimizes on shelf product without compromising service standards.
• Ensure that particular attention is paid to Paiza level guest requirements and suite set ups and maintenance.
• Maintain close liaison with all the Departments to have a good understanding of other Departments’ operational flows.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as assigned by Executive Director of Hotel operations.

Job Requirements

• Mandatory in English, good in Mandarin and Cantonese;  Chinese speaking is preferred
• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree
• 5 years or more working experience in related area
• 5 years or more experience in Managerial level
• Extensive experience in a deluxe hotel housekeeping or related environment.  Experience in a large scale casino hotel operation would be considered beneficial but not essential.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to operate and successfully arbitrate in a complex international, multicultural environment
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate and direct a professional team member
• Excellent time management, organizational, communication and motivational skills
• Organize staffing effectively in the situation of sudden increases of business volume
• Familiar with hotel management system such as Opera and LMS
• Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Work location in Macau
