Job Duties:

• Prepare and provide support including planning, designing and launching of corporate events and promotional activities;

• Work closely with internal & external parties, suppliers, advertising and PR agencies on various marketing initiatives;

• Manage and update social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, website etc. To support Customer Services team in handling customers, members and media enquiries;

• Assist in driving CRM initiatives, from CRM system enhancement, marketing programs and performance management;

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and responsible for market research and analyze reports as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Japanese studies/ Marketing/ Communications/ Languages/ Journalism or related disciplines;
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• 2 years or above relevant working experience; experience in Catering/ F&B industry is an advantage;
• Interested in food service industry;
• Proficiency on MS Office application (Word/ Excel/ Power/ PowerPoint);
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Senior Officer.
