Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service at clinic centers to meet Company's service standard
• Answer clients's inquiry and appointment booking
• Registration, dispensing, clinical admin and assist with doctors' consultation
• Managing center facilities and equipment to meet clients' satisfaction
• Handle clinical support as required

Requirements:

• 1 year or above experience in customer service / hotel / airline field is more preferable, fresh graduate will also be considered 
• Customer-oriented with excellent communications skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Indepent, proative and detail-minded
• Willing to work shift duty / work at Mongkok and Central
