Our client, a well established and renounced bank is looking for Team Head, Policy & Portfolio to join their Credit Card & Consumer Finance team. 

Responsibilities:

• To lead a small team to formulate & review credit policies and guidelines on the Bank's credit card & consumer loan portfolio
• To enhance and provide management information for credit risk control
• To develop, implement and monitor the use of scorecards and other risk management tools
• To keep abreast of bank policies and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance of the relevant requirements
• To communicate with relevant parties and monitor implementation of credit policy

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics or related discipline
• Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in credit portfolio management on consumer finance products
• Sound knowledge of credit risk management skill
• Good IT skills and proficiency in database software (e.g.SPSS, SAS)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
