Responsibilities:

• Assist team lead to monitor the service quality of SD services

• First and single point of contact for incidents and requests

• Effectively handle, dispatch and transfer of services

• Provide IT support, via phone, remote access and on-site duties if required

• Manage Windows AD and email accounts

• Take ownership of opened tickets

• SLA and priority sensitive

• Working closely and cooperatively with all other teams, parties and vendors

• Working hour: 10pm-830am (night shift)

 Requirements:

• 1 years’ experience in a Service Desk / IT support role Or Fresh graduate is welcome 

• Have great communication skills including strong spoken and written English

• Have experience administering Windows, Microsoft Office and common desktop apps

• Have experience with ITSM tool / administering Active Directory or VoIP telephony systems is preferred

• ITIL Foundation qualification is preferred
