Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full life- cycle development and maintenance of data warehouse, ETL, and business intelligence, and business analytics solutions.
• Lead development team in the Design, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition Phases. 
• Work on design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages.
• Apply understanding of database methodology, data analysis, advanced SQL queries, ETL and business intelligence application. 
• Assist with technical implementation of current and future data warehouse, business intelligence Solutions and data migration strategies, and business analytic tools.
• Collaborate on completing project within scheduled in team setting. 
• Meet with customer business and technical leaders to identify and scope the business opportunities, document and vet business requirements, identify effective reporting techniques, best data sources for report fields, and risks and constraints. 
• Provide guidance and recommendation on BI reporting packages. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
• Or related quantitative field and minimum 8 years of experience as BI Developer. Experience must include technical lead role.
• Data modeling & architecture expertise with EDW methodologies  .
• Experience with ETL/data integration methodologies and tools.
• Experience with BI tools and advanced analytic tools.
• Experience integrating new technologies (e.g., Hadoop) with traditional RDBMS is an advantage.
• 3 year + working knowledge of  Java,  Linux/Apache/Tomcat or other Application Servers and Portlet development.
