Responsibilities

• Maintaining the email access for all users in Hong Kong office.
• Hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
• Server, LAN/WAN and internet working administration.
• Provide basic IT training to new users.

Requirements

• Degree holder/High Diploma in I.T. or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years solid working experience in user support or consultancy.
• Experience in Exchange Server and Active Directory Management is required, holder of MCSA/E and CCNA is preferred.
• Knowledge in general desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good problem solving skills and has initiative to help customers.
• Independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill and team oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
