As the face of our company to the client, you will need to be an effective communicator, strong leader, and master of time management. You must be able to effectively balance the constraints of our development teams with the needs of our clients. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Set project milestones, manage deadlines and client communications.
• Manage all areas of project delivery both internally and externally, including project scope, risk analysis, budget and resource allocation.
• Managing expectations for end client
• Establish and ensure quality assurance checks on project deliverables.
• Able to liaise between client and project teams on timelines as well as scoping out work.
• Act as project owner for end client to ensure full delivery on project
• Run regular meetings with client and development team to ensure fluent communications
• Coordination with third party vendors and partners on project execution

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
• CS / IT / IS Degree holder, or have solid work history to demonstrate understanding of the job nature and able to perform in given position.
• Experience with hands-on Software Development is beneficial but not required.
• Good sense of attention on details to ensure completion of product requirements.
• Able to work under pressure in stressful situations
• Good team player with ability to lead and coordinate with development team
• Agile development approach experience such as Scrum / XP would be beneficial; however expect flexibility to work with other methodologies
• Good presenter and effective communicator

Languages

• Fluent in Speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Fluent in Writing Chinese and English
• Japanese is a bonus
