Responsibilities:

• Customer Relation Management (CRM)
• Collecting and preparing customer data and develop into CRM analytic solutions
• Provide detailed data analysis on customer behavior, customer profiles and segmentation
• Prepare and maintain customer database and develop into analytics reports to provide business insights
• Work with marketing team members to support CRM related initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Work with IT team members to execute the CRM system enhancement if required

IT Program Development

• Provide varies IT system regular operation support on business user enquiries and production problems
• Report to Senior Manager, E-Commerce and IT System

Corporate and customer experience development & training

• Support and liaise with internal teams to execute the in-house training and development program
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Computer Science or related disciplines.
• With 3-4 years working experience.
• Solid experience in CRM system and data analysis.
• Experience in supporting IT system daily operation and dealing with service providers.
• Work experience in travel industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under stress.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
