Job Description
About the Role:
- Part of a global technical support team
- Global and technology exposure with fortune 500 companies
- Ongoing contract renewed yearly
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide ticket based and call based IT support for the campus users
- Should be able to troubleshoot IT systems such as Operating Systems, Desktops, Laptops, Back up, Wifi, and basics of networking and escalate to Tier 2/3 support as required
- Should be able to follow support and resolution process
Skills and Experience:
- Good communication skills - English with local language skills (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
- Should have good understanding of IT system such as Operating Systems, Desktops, Laptops, Back up, Wifi, and basics of networking and experience of at least ONE year
- Customer service skills with an attitude to listen and explain the issues on an ongoing basis
