Job Description:

• Perform functional test and user scenario test
• Monitor and create test plans and test cases according to user requirements
• Conduct testing activities
• Provide test result record and track bug fixing status
• Proactively manage quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking
• Assist in the development of Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Test Cases, and makes suggestions on testing scenarios to achieve high quality testing results for project performance programs
• Draft and review SOPs and ensure business analyst team and project team complying it
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders or above major in Business Administration / Quality Management / Computer Science or related discipline preferable
• 3 - 5 years solid experience in quality assurance or quality control in either finance & banking, insurance or other financial sector related fields
• Solid experience in managing and liaison with IT people or software vendors
• Knowledge in ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 and 20000), risk management or programming (such as Oracle, WebLogic and Java) is a definite advantage
• Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent quality management, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with good spoken of Putonghua a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable
