Job Description:

• Assist the Head of SCD in the day-to-day aspects of planning/scheduling, process management, and task delivery of projects
• Manage multiple complex initiatives/projects simultaneously and ensure successful implementations
• Develop best practices and tools for product portfolio alignment and management as well as project prioritization
• Maintain processes and be responsible to ensure project documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
• Work with users, IT Department and vendors to manage the project portfolio, product roadmap and report status to management
• Promote and support effective project management processes as a model leader
• Provide support to maintain and strengthen project management and business processes competency
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Degree holders or above major in Information System or Computer Science or related discipline preferable
• 7 - 10 years IT solid experience in project management, business analysis or business operation in either finance & banking, insurance or other financial sector related fields
• Solid experience in managing and liaison with IT people or software vendors
• Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent program/project management, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• PMP/PBA Certification preferred
• MCSE/CCNA/CCNP is an additional advantage
• Knowledge in ETL methodologies and BI tools like SAS is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, with good spoken of Putonghua a must
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer
