Our Client is a global ICT Company and Now they are seeking for Head of Solutions Consulting (Pre-sales) to expand their business. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions Consulting team to achieve sales results through activity management, sales pipeline management and maintain an accurate sales forecast from monthly, quarterly to yearly
• Lead the Solutions consultant team as well as taking a leading position to BD and support team to continue growth the Solutions business of company
• Collaborate with other sales heads to define the future direction of solution-driven area of company business 
• Team leadership, morale and knowledge enhancement to meet the business direction
• Train and coach solutions colleagues from Trainee to Manager level
• Develop expertise in key solutions area e.g. ECM, BPM, HRM, ERP, etc

Requirements

• University or above in Computer Science, IT, Business or Marketing major
• At least 8 years of experience in leading sales teams in the ICT industry
• Proven sales track records with at least 5 years sales management experience, multiple team management experience is a plus
• Diverse ICT knowledge from infrastructure, software solutions to Cloud applications, with specialty in enterprise software an added advantage e.g. ECM, BPM, HRM, ERP, BI, etc
• Strong business acumen in leading a solution business from business development, sales to support perspectives
• Result oriented, customer oriented and dedication to win over tough competitions
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• An influencing presenter in front of customers, internal teams as well as business partners
• Strong business mindset with proactive and a “game-changer” attitude
