Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
• Participate in front desk duties include cashier, truck registration and handling cargo in & out documents
• Answer general enquiries and have regular meetings with customers for service review.
• Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
• Perform data entry, data updates, filing regularly
• Prepare Invoices & various reports
• Arrange Schedules for truck drivers
  

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above , with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate with skills in arranging transportation will be definite advantage
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (must)
• Good PC skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind, willing to learn
• Hardworking and able to work overtime
• Able to cope with high volume of email communication, ensuring all inquiries are properly followed up in a timely basis
• Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri), 09:00 - 13:00/off (Alt Sat)
• Off on General Holidays rather than Bank Holidays
