Duties:

• Perform installations, re-installations, maintenance, and repairs equipment

• Provide break-fix reactive support and installation for volume and value products

• Troubleshoot and analyze network system

• Responsible to plan, manage and deliver the data network projects

• Conduct process support including system performance monitoring, health checking, problem diagnosis and resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Associate Degree (technical field)

• At least 6-7 experience on network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
• CCNP is mandatory. CCIE preferred

• Good Chinese and English communication

• Immediate availability is preferred
