Location :   HK office

Duties:

• Enforce IT policies and procedures
• Prepare IT documents
• Assist users to resolve problems with computer hardware and software either at the desk-side or via remote control software.
• Acquire, configure and deploy laptop, desktop and mobile devices and software systems in office and other locations
• Install and maintain or repair PC and infrastructure equipment
• Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues, network connectivity, hardware/software issues
• Remove malware and install security software to protect various systems
• Install and troubleshoot wiring and switching equipment, routers, firewalls and hubs
• Analyze and recover system when malfunction occurs
• Monitor hardware and software on LAN/WAN systems
• Assist in data backup

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s).
• Familiar with Windows servers, MS Exchange, VMWare infrastructure will be an advantage but not a must
• Experience in helpdesk support is preferred
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a plus.
• Recent graduates will also be considered
