Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Job
As a member of Information Technology Department, the Systems Integrator will be responsible for developing integration, using available and newly developed APIs that enable the successful adoption of the various social, financial, CRM, and knowledge based platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding internal requirements and to participate in the design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation and validation. The Systems Integrator will drive the evaluation and adoption of the newly developed solutions, enabling internal user’s to integrate these solutions into their daily work. Systems Integrator should be self-starters, and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
 
Scope


Major Functions / Responsibilities


Conceptual tasks and/or Project Management

  • Develop, code, test and deploy integration code for data and process flow between the various systems, including, but not limited to, SuccessFactors, BIME Financials, A1 Contract Management, Smartsheet, Universe, Greennet, Igloo, OpenIAM, and other applications, including: incident and task management, data query and enrichment, reporting, and complex workflow routing
  • Direct management of SuccessFactors and Igloo Knowledgement systems
  • Project management skillset with outsourced developers / coders
  • Support internal and external development projects, providing design and implementation assistance, as required
  • Assist in proposal development and scoping and provide realistic time estimates
  • Assist in selecting and developing best in class toolsets for Systems Integration
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation
  • Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations and code samples
  • Participate and execute functional test cases and support integrated testing cycles
  • Qualify, prioritize, and close technical problems
  • Work closely with other internal department to deliver enhancements in the products and APIs

  • Strengthen existing or create new operational processes and procedures that support effective, efficient, and responsive systems integration to the organization.
