Our client is a Global investment bank who has the initiative to expand current Equity and FIX team with young and energetic manpower. They are looking for 3 headcounts who has experience and potential to support their daily operation. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2- 3 application support for high-performance EQ algo trading systems
• Perform pro‐active technical monitoring of systems by using the information system’s monitoring tools
• Ensures that these tools are in line with our needs and takes initiatives to improve their efficiency.
• Work with development teams regarding long-term support issues and improvements
• Participate in investigations and troubleshoot to resolve problems independently.
• Formalizes problems and escalates to the next level of support, ie external vendor or development team when need be.
• Work closely with regional counterparts to build and leverage tools and standardize monitoring procedures

Job Requirement 

• At least 3+ years of experience providing support for Algorithmic Trading Applications using Perl/Unix/SQL3 years in application support, especially in banking or financial environment   
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Good product knowledge of Equity & FIX and strong business background
• Good client management and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working under pressure and stress in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge SQL, Windows environments
• Unix systems proficiency (Linux, Solaris)
• Good communication of English
• Ability to work on own initiative
