Responsibilities:

1.                 Responsible for the daily information system operation and maintenance, security and data backup.
2.                 Conduct inventory management, procurement and documentation.
3.                 In charge of company website maintenance and information update.
   
4.                 Assistant in project implementation.

Requirements:

1.                 3 years or above and related experience.
2.                 Proficient in windows system, familiar with network security knowledge.
3.                 Familiar with IT software \ hardware system or information system construction.
4.                 Excellent communication skills, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
5.                 Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are required.

1.全面负责公司IT运维工作，负责与集团信息部各部门、以及公司软\硬件供应商之间的协调和沟通；

2.保障公司办公网络和办公电脑正常使用;

3.保障公司信息系统的正常运行，数据备份，应急响应，安全策略，性能监控;

4.负责电脑、打印机、复印机及相关耗材采购及管理；

5.保障公司网站信息发布工作；

6.参与项目实施，在保证项目高效运转的同时，确保项目有序合规实施；

7.负责协调处理项目实施、移交、推广过程的相关风险和问题；

8、负责内外部、项目相关部门之间的协调与沟通工作；

岗位需求：

1、3年以上IT运维管理经验，精通windows系统，熟悉网络安全知识；

2、具备运维、网络等技术方案的规划和商务谈判的能力，具备良好的问题分析判断能力和解决能力；

3、有基于互联网的网站系统建设及运维经验，参与过IT软\硬件系统或信息系统建设，熟悉项目管理知识，并从事过项目文档编写等工作

4、较强的沟通、协调及谈判技能，良好的口头和书面表达能力，较强的逻辑思维、分析、执行及解决问题能力；

5、熟练办公软件操作，较强的中、英文听说读写能力；
