Our client is a Global Financial Services Company with strong market share in across the world. To cope with its expansion across the region, they are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
• Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
• Gather user requirements, understand the user and business needs, analyse the requirements and clarify any related issue
• Provide production and UAT support
• Act as liaison between business units and IT
• Coordinate and handle special projects as requested

Requirements

• University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial or insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Self-starter, attentive to details and able to work independently
• Good communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese
