Job:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users on hardware, software and network problems
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, mobile devices, printers and other equipment
• Install and configure computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
• Assist in ad-hoc IT projects and admin duties
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT support
• Experience in general computer hardware, software and LAN installation
• Skills on Routing, Switching, Security, etc.
• Experience in Google G Suite Administration is highly preferred
