Our clients is a renowned US based technology company located in Science Park at Tai Po, Hong Kong. They are actively looking for new blood to join their infrastructure teams due to project expansions & yearly staff turnover. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Support & configuration of software & hardware equipments (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, etc.)
• Provide helpdesk support to in house users
• Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary
• Assist supervisor/manager for project management 

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
• At least 1 years' of experience in a technical support role (Fresh graduates will be considered)
• Experience in service technical support and trouble shooting will be advantage
• Ability to work independently
