Responsibilities

• Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Technical Manager
• Performs data center daily operational check, investigate and follow up any unresolved problems.
• Assess new server environment need and raise new environment creation or removal request.
• Supports Office IT infrastructure and end users.
• Support new application development technical aspects
• Coordinates, monitors/executes and validates system performance/load test.
• Develops and maintains IT infrastructure and system job scheduler monitoring.
• Liaises with third party vendors for consultation and assistance in the resolution of any issues and queries.
• Ensures documentation of all infrastructure processes is complete and up to date

Requirements

• Proficient in:

• Windows desktop, notebook, server maintenance
• VMWare solution
• LAN printer setup.

• Familiar with:

• Linux maintenance and common services configuration

• Data center operational knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
• Able to travel internationally occasionally.
• Must be dynamic and able to work independently.
• Well written and spoken English language.
