Description /Responsibilities:

•             The service engineer / technician shall be responsible for conduction of Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and other services on the system, Work Stations and Peripheral Equipment.

•             Responsible for attending fault calls and restore the system within the required Service Levels.

•             Responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining computers and peripheral equipment.

•             Perform regular patrol to the systems coverage locations.

•             Assist with in network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware.

Requirements:

•             2 years of maintenance experience on computer hardware or software.

•             Certification/diploma in computing and/or engineering or other appropriate discipline; and

•             Experience supporting various hardware and peripheral components in an on-site environment

•             Experience working directly in a customer service environment.

•             1 year experience in aviation industries is in advantage.

•             Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

•             Good in speaking Mandarin is in advantage.

•             ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and attended 5S practice workshop is in advantage.
