Key responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support, including database system support
• Other administrative duties such as managing electronic filing system, updating website contents and daily technical problem shooting
• Provide secretarial support for subcommittees
• Coordinate small-scaled meetings and events, if any, based on the Council’s resolutions, hence work outside normal office hours is required occasionally

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience (matriculated candidates with solid experience will also be considered)
• Hands-on experience in providing technical support, in particular hardware/ infrastructure maintenance and problem shooting, is highly preferred
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Detail-minded, highly responsible, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Immediate availability is preferred
