Responsibilities:

• Assist to establish, maintain and daily monitoring the servers, office network, computers and applications to no disruption to business and operations.
• Support on-site software & hardware installation, assist to repair and maintain the operation in office and IDC.
• Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory.
• Documentation of network and IT infrastructure.
• Handle ad-hot tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems.
• Weekend support and occasional night job are required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines.
• Fresh graduation is welcome.
• Minimum 1 year solid experience on IT and Server support experiences is an advantage.
• Experience in Networking is preferred.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networks.
• Able to work under pressure with self-motivation and able to work independently.
• Able to provide 7 x 24 standby support and work overtime.
