Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to in-house user (e.g. laptops, desktop and printer, etc).
Resolve in-house user daily technical issues and trouble-shooting on network, software and hardware.
Handle system operation duties such as backup, report generation and other system housekeeping works.

Requirements:

1 year working experience in technical support. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
Diploma or Certificate Holder in Computer related disciplines.
Knowledge of Windows OS, network support and Azure Cloud Services support.
Good communication English and Mandarin.
