Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Database backups, recoveries, patches, upgrades and performance tuning.
• MS SQL Server and Oracle performance tuning and support.
• Operation & planning of multiple Database Server.
• Perform Database maintenance, development and upgrade for corporate Database.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Installation & configuration of Databases.
• Monitor, tuning and optimisation of Database Systems.
• Advise on architecture design, performance and capacity of the Database environments

Requirements: 

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Posses relevant Database administration (MCDBA/ OCP) or Architects Certifications.
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experiences.
• Solid Database operation process (i.e. MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase etc.)
• With solid skills in setup, installation, configuration, administration and support of commonly used RDBMS products such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, Sybase Enterprise DB, Data backup and recovery System.
• Good communications of spoken and written in English & Cantonese.
