Our client, a dynamic online media management company, is looking for an IT System Administrator to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

As the IT System Administrator, you will:

• Help the internal teams to solve complicated IT infrastructure problems and provide solutions.
• Ensure availability of the data server, data security, 24x7 network and secure backup systems.
• Manage various Cloud platforms (global/china).
• Report, track and fix website bugs.
• Monitor and troubles-shoot the backend CMS operations, familiar with WordPress development and plugins tools.
• Prepare and manage budgets and other resources of the MIS section.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Degree holder in Information System, Information Technology, Information Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• 3+ years in solid IT technical support experience in network, system and application administration.
• Experience in database management / CRM.
• Knowledge of leading DBAs, Data guard, DB backups and recovery, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Linux.
• At least 1 year of AWS (Amazon Web Service) Cloud engineering experience.
• Hands on experiences in system installation, support, configuration and administration.
• Hands on experiences in Windows/Linux Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPN configuration.
• Have solid planning and design experiences in IT and Data Center new built and data/service migration.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must.  Mandarin is preferred.
