Job Description
Responsibilities
Candidate who have track record of :-
- To supervise operational staff (clerical team and guards)
- To develop agents at destination in logistics service
- To visit clients to seek their need and establish the routing and logistics
- To smoothen the custom clearance procedures
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of working experience in air freight company or customer relationship field, with 3 years of experience in supervisory level
- To have knowledge of custom clearance ATA carnet and temporary import Bond
- To have experience in air-freight shipment especially the valuable cargo
- Willing to travel to China and South East Asia
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and email applications is essential
- Friendly, enthusiastic, honest and common-sense
- Well-organized, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
