Web Developer

We are looking for versatile web developers to join our team and become part of our evolving technology department. You will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in creating and executing a vision, as well as supporting the results. Ideal candidate is someone who brings a creative approach to everything they do, offering innovative solutions that help enable the team to meet deadlines and project goals. Successful candidate is someone who can take the ball and run with it, help guide the process, and share knowledge and solutions consistently with the teams, representing themselves and our team well.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide development and support on CMS-driven websites using PHP & MySQL
• Backend programming and frontend scripting support
• Customize CMS template programming

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer related discipline with 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB,PHP5, MySQL, AJAX, JavaScript(jQuery), CSS, XML
• Solid web application development and program design under LAMP environment
• Solid Implementation experience on Open Source CMS (e.g. Durpal, ez Publish)
• Relevant working experience in web development, experience in news publishing websites will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Good communications skills, with good spoken and written English
