Job Summary:

• Monitor and coordinate project schedule
• Provide general administration & documentation support to the team

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with staff in the Club
• Testing of software releases, including the preparation of test plans and test results
• Resolve any project related issues, including data conversion by hand typing
• Attend meetings and assist with consolidation of project requirements
• Computer and software installation
• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
• Perform project checking and prepare reports
• Prepare user manual, training materials and etc.
• Data entry related to the system setup

Job Specification

Education: Higher Diploma of IT related subjects
