Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support and troubleshoot for end users.
• Responsible for system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Perform system deployment, backup, data migration and restoration
• Support Daily IT operations, such as installation/removal/upgrade of hardware and software, user account management, and technical documentation update, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in technology or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of extensive IT support experience, including deal with complex situations and problems in networking and operating systems.
• Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
