Qualification and Requirement:-

• Higher Diploma for computer related subject.
• 2 year experience in technical support and maintenance service including installation and configuring computer hardware and software systems; monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Experience in troubleshooting the system and network problems and diagnosis and solving hardware as well as software faults.
• Maintain inventory records on hardware and software.
• Good knowledge and having working experience in Windows Server / Operating System, Mac OS; Microsoft Office, Office 365; Active Directory; Basic Networking; iOS and Android devices.
• Able to communicate in English is an added advantage.
