The Requirements are:-

• Process and settle Commercial Lines Insurance Claims effectively and efficiently in  accordance with company philosophy/strategies and policy terms
• Set and monitor reserve adequately and promptly and to ensure the authority levels as laid down are conformed
• Evaluate policy liabilities, verfiy quantum and recommend settlement in accordance with company's underwriting/claims policy and reinsurance practice
• Keep close monitoring on development of claims files and take appropriate follow up actions
• Appoint claims adjusters and solicitors as necessary and to monitor their performance
• Indentify and maximize subrogation/salvage recovery and collect overpayments
• Degree holder with insurance qualification of ANZIIF or CII is preferred
• At least 3 years' claims experience in handling Public Liability and Employees Compensation Claims
• Detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
