General Manager

Responsibilities:-

l  Execute the development and business strategies of China Resources Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd .

l  Formulate the development strategies and business plans for the Hong Kong company.

l  Take overall responsibility of executing the annual business plan and completing the budget of company.

l  Organize to develop the new market and carry customer service activities.

l  Lead the team to reach the financial budget, including the budget of property insurance business and life insurance business.

l  Take overall responsibility of monitoring and controlling the Hong Kong company.

l  Build teams according to business plans. Optimize the personnel allocation and human capital.

l  Be responsible for the assessment and training of the staff to ensure to realize the business strategy and business objectives.

l  Supervise the staff to ensure all implementations are compliance with the company’s plans, policies and procedures.

Requirements:-

l  Bachelor Degree is must

l  At least  15 years’ working experience in insurance industry, & at least 5 years’ working experience in insurance consultants.

l  Proficient in various property insurances. Be familiar with some special types of insurance would be preferred

l  Well Know  the Hong Kong insurance market and strong marketing skill

l  Customer-centric and proactive attitude

l  Good command of spoken and written Chinese(Putonghua) and English
