The Requirements are:-

• Responsible for General Insurance claims of Commercial lines or Personal Lines products
• Ensure all new claims are registered properly and promptly
• Evaluate policy liabilities, verify quantum and recommend settlement in accordance with company's underwriting/claims policy and reinsurance practice
• Keep close monitoring on development of claims files and take appropriate follow up actions
• Identify and maximize subrogation/salvage recovery and collect overpayments
• Ensure prompt claims settlement and achieve required customer services standards
• Degree holder, preferably with insurance- related discipline or with progress in professional insurance examinations
• At least 1 year's relevant working experience in general insurance industry is preferred
• Experience in servicing and operation of commercial lines/Personal lines insurance claims would be advantage
• Well organized, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Excellent customer services skills and willing to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
