Responsibilities:

-          Coordinate shipment and documents with vendors/carriers & buyers and provide necessary operation support.

-          Follow-up missing LC’s, barcodes and payments with related parties

-          Courier coordination (Daily parcel arrangement, commercial invoice and airway bill creation, crosschecking documents against packages, reporting and track & trace)

-          Reporting (excel)

Skills:

-          Good in Excel ( formulas and report analyses)

-          F.5 or above

-          Organized and able to work  with deadlines / under pressure

-          Team work and problem solution oriented

-          Good communication Skill: English and mandarin

-          Experience in coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and suppliers
