RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Directly report to Operation Manager and is responsible for overall site management including staff recruitment and training, housekeeping and the implementation of different marketing activities and hospitality programmes at the site level.
• Able to liaise with site management office and different suppliers and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS :

• University / College Graduate
• Posses at least 6 years of working experience at customer service related industry
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature and can demonstrate good leadership
