Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to prepare documents and reports
• Maintain and update fabric data entries
• Assist team to maintain and arrange for fabric library/showroom and sourcing data base, like fabric hangers / swatch making etc
• Communicate with different teams and departments for fabric development and production status
• Follow up production processing
• Be responsible for fabric sourcing, product development, sourcing & sampling and production follow up
• Work on ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 5, Diploma / Certificate holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline
• At least 1-year relevant working experience in garment buying office or trading firm
• Experience in Woven / Denim
• Proficient in using MS Office with excellent PC knowledge
• Responsible, independent, detail-minded and initiative
• Good command of both English and Mandarin
