Responsibilities

• Prepare and confirm the purchase orders, make shipment arrangements and keep track of the delivery 
• Ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final on-time delivery
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance to ensure quality, safety standards and schedules are meet
• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments
• Prepare the analysis and purchasing report
• Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• F. 6 or above with at least 5 years solid working experience in garment merchandising or purchasing, preferably in zipper industry
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Responsible, service and customer-oriented, well organized, hardworking, mature, independent, self-motivated characters with good communication & negotiation skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadline
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen Office
• Immediate available preferred
