Duties:

• Responsible for database handling and organization, arts checking, filing, other ad hoc assignments etc
• Maintains accurate and precise data records in various data bases
• Communicate effectively with customers and overseas offices in Chinese and English both verbal and written
• Customer order follow up from initial stage of raw data management until shipment
• Daily contact with China production units for orders follow up
• Provide all rounded support to management and being team player

Requirement:

• University graduate preferred but not a must
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in garment hangtags development
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Written and spoken fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is a must
