Responsibility:

• Lead the Factory Service Division to align the work system and job procedures across different inspection regions;
• Maintain high level of quality and integrity to achieve customer satisfaction;
• Review and initiate recommendations on existing policy and SOP regarding operation and development of the company;
• Implement and monitor KPIs and strategies of team members to achieve business goals;
• Maintain the QA system so as to ensure and improve quality standard;
• Handle all kinds of inspection matters, including technical enquiries, audit, inspection verification and customer complaints.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Science, Engineering discipline or any related studies;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in third party inspection/audit field and Manufacturing field, with at least 3 years in managerial level;
• Experience in international quality system accreditations (ISO9001 and ISO 17020) and factory audit are definite advantage;
• Good technical/QA background in consumer products, i.e. Electronic and Electrical, Garment and Textiles, Toys and children Care items, Hard-goods and Sundries, Furniture etc.;
• Knowledge in SA8000, C-TPAT and Conflict Mineral is an advantage;
• An excellent communicator with good analytical and organizational skills to deal with different internal and external parties;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Willing to travel extensively in China;
• Less Experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
