Job Responsibilities:

•  Manage and monitor daily shipment operations, from documentation, claims, insurance to declaration, for different regions
• To be responsible for order fulfillment, customer services, logistic arrangement, distribution arrangement as well as sales operations for Europe, US and HK market;
• To ensure shipping processed accurately; closely monitor shipment schedule & status, liaise with ship liners, freight forwards, couriers and all shipping related issues;
• To liaise with shipping line and co-loading business partners for competitive rates and services, ensuring the shipping operations run cost efficiently and smoothly;
• To manage full set of I/E document are prepared and maintained accurately;
• To develop and maintaining an efficient & effective operations; Provide support to Sales team & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
• To participant to Sales & Operation meeting regularly to share information.
• Prepare reports, create policies and procedures for logistics activities in order to enhance the overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Proven related working experience with at least 3 years in managerial level
• Solid experience in retail and wholesale industry would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Good in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
