RESPONSIBILITIES

 To lead the Shenzhen office on the procurement activities, quality insurance and logistics services in line with the Swatch Group’s requirements and directives:

• Evaluate/audit suppliers’ performance and compliance according to specifications given
• Control and assure quality of products and components purchased in Far East  
• Support the procurements activities on behalf of the Brands and Production companies
• Provide defined logistics and administrative services
• Establish annual budget and forecasts
• Lead the team 

SPECIFICATIONS:

 Experience:

• Provenwork experience in supplier quality management, procurement activities and logistics services.
• Mastery in regards to design, monitor and follow quality audit, as well as to manage related KPI’s and metrics.
• Stakeholders negotiating capacity, customer service mindset
• Experience of leading and gathering individuals in a common objective, strong people management
• Budget and planning management
• Understanding of and experience in a matrix multinational environment

 Skill:

• University degree or above, preferably in mechanical, quality management or supply chain
• Fluent business level of English is a must. French or German would be a plus
• Convincing and influential leadership
• Proper ethical character Perceptiveness for changing business requirements
• Strong interpersonal skill & inter-cultural communication skill
